Thanks for your interest in joining the Helping Heroes PCS family! We are very selective when it comes to choosing the right Realtors to work with our Veteran clients around the country, so we would like you to understand a few things before filling out an application:
We Help Veterans First and Make Money Second

The first thing you need to understand if you want to join our network of top Veteran Realtors is that we are not in this for the money and you can’t be either. Our mission is to connect Veteran consumers with top Veteran Realtors so they can work with someone they trust and avoid getting stuck with a predatory Realtor or a Realtor that just plain sucks at their job. If you can put the mission of helping our Vets first and put money-making second then this might be the team for you.

We Are a Team

If you are looking for a company that is going to passively email you a list of leads every month then you are in the wrong place. When you become a part of the Helping Heroes PCS team you will be connected with every Veteran Realtor in our network at all times. We work together to help each other build our businesses up so that we can effectively help Veteran consumers. We are a team that sticks together, refers business to each other exclusively, teaches each other new ways of doing things so that we can improve our businesses and support each other. If you want to be successful with Helping Heroes PCS you will need to be prepared to be a part of an organization that thrives on communication and teamwork.

We Only Have One Agent Per Market

That’s right, we don’t sell zipcodes or allow 10 agents in a 5-mile radius to be in our network. When a Realtor joins Helping Heroes PCS they will have exclusivity in their market area for as long as they remain in the network. This prevents our Realtors from competing with each other and allows you to focus on the mission at hand, helping Veterans.

We Have Strict Standards

We take a lot of pride in the quality of the agents in Helping Heroes PCS. After all, in order to accomplish our mission, we have to have the best realtors in the country to work with our Veterans. This ensures that they are taken care of and that they will be making smart investment decision under the advisement of their highly experienced Realtor.

In order to qualify to be a part of Helping Heroes PCS you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are a Veteran.
  • You have been an active real estate agent for 2 or more consecutive years.
  • You have averaged 25 deals or more a year over the last two years.

If we currently have an agent in the area that you are located then we will kindly send you an email letting you know. If we don’t have an agent in that area and we feel that you might be a good fit then we will personally call you to go over the next steps.
